The Harbour limits embrace those parts of the estuary of the River Severn above Goldwick on the Welsh shore and the Severn beach on the English shore, the River Severn to Llanthony and Maisemore weirs at Gloucester, and the River Wye downstream of Bigsweir Bridge.
